I- JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Administrative Agent (M/F) has a versatile role which includes the daily management of administrative tasks, communication, and support to the various departments.
II- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the optimal management of the company’s infrastructure, general security services, mail logistics, and medical facilities. He/she ensures the smooth running of support operations and guarantees a safe, clean, functional, and compliant working environment.
- Manage all assets and equipment, maintain an up-to-date inventory.
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, repair management and monitoring of technical service providers;
- Maintain a record of vehicle usage and check insurance and fuel consumption.
- Maintain discipline on site and monitor performance indicators (health, safety, internal satisfaction, regulatory compliance).
- Manage business travel and visitor logistics;
III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bac+2 minimum in logistics, administrative management or any other equivalent diploma
- Proven experience (at least 3 years – 5 years) in administrative and technical management in an industrial or structured environment;
- Good knowledge of hygiene, safety and infrastructure standards.
- Speak English fluently
IV- KEY SKILLS
- Organization and rigor in the management of multiple tasks;
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of service;
- Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple functions simultaneously;
- Excellent time and priority management;
- Initiative and autonomy;
- Fluent speaking and writing English would be an asset
