II-      ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Suivi du traitement des vols ASKY dans l’escale conformément au manuel d’exploitation, aux normes et instructions de la compagnie.
  • Prise en compte et gestion de tous les litiges liés au transport des passagers.
  • Gestion de la  relation clientèle conformément aux orientations et instruction de la Direction Générale en coordination et coopération avec le Superviseur d’escale.
  • Aide au  Superviseur dans la collecte des informations nécessaires à la rédaction des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuel, trimestriel et annuel.
  • Bonne exécution de toutes les autres missions confiées, et  qui s’avéreront nécessaires au bon déroulement des vols

III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES

  • Diplôme BAC
  • Formation Agent d’opération ou d’exploitation de préférence
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une compagnie aérienne ou dans une société d’assistance aéroportuaire.
  • Anglais –Français parlé et écrit couramment
  • Très bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique en général et d’un ou plusieurs logiciels de traitement en escale en particulier (DCS/SITA)
  • Dynamisme, capacité de travail en équipe  et sous pression
  • Grande Adaptabilité
  • Entre  25-35 ans.

Position Title:Quality Assistant in Projects and Standardization
Division:Quality Assurance
Location:Lome

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

–       Participate in the development and maintenance of the quality management system.

–       Participate in monitoring activities to ensure that the airline complies with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in TOGO and in all places that have jurisdiction over operations conducted by ASKY on the high seas or in a foreign country.

–       Participate in the development of various management systems.

–       Participate in the management of the various certification projects (IOSA, ISO, etc.), accreditation, or homologation undertaken by the Company;

–       Participate in the management of various projects for the development and renewal of the aircraft fleet.

–       Monitor and ensure the approval and renewal of Togolese and Foreign Air Operator Permits (AOPs) and Air Operator Certificates (AOCs), approvals, insurances, waivers, approvals, and exceptional authorizations and decide on the adequacy and justifications of the application files before submission to the civil aviation authorities for acceptance or approval.

–       Monitor the validity and expiration dates of contracts, approvals, licenses, certificates, accreditations, attestations, insurance, permits, waivers, and other authorizations obtained by the Company; ensure and participate in their timely renewal as necessary.

–       Ensure regulatory watch and document monitoring are conducted for the entire airline.

–       Ensure policies, programs, processes, and procedures are established, documented, validated, accepted or approved, disseminated, reviewed, and updated as necessary.

–       Verify the compliance of operational procedures and programs with the regulations and standards in force.

–       Manage the Management System records and monitor records related to operational activities.

–       Participate in developing and implementing, within the allotted time, the Quality Audit Program related to the organization and management system (ORG).of the Company

–       Ensure ongoing implementation of the approved audit program for the airline’s organization and management system (ORG) as scheduled.

–       Conduct independent quality audits as assigned, and ensure assigned audits are conducted as scheduled and are timely reported as required.

–       Ensure, in the organization and management system (ORG) areas, the execution of inspection, investigation, quality control, analysis, evaluation, etc., and produce reports on time.

–       Participate in monitoring the performance of suppliers and subcontractors in the ORG domain.

–       Ensure risk assessment is conducted before the implementation of the planned change (change management) of the Management Systems

–       Follow up on the detected non-conformities in ORG and ensure the process Build and maintain a robust quality database for Ground, Cargo, and Security operations.

–       Popularize the concepts of quality and quality management within GRH, CGO, and SEC.

–       if authorized, liaise with the Civil Aviation Authorities in the framework of non-compliance follow-up;

–       Perform various other duties as assigned.

–       owners implement the corresponding corrective or mitigation actions within the time set.

–       Assess, as necessary, the effectiveness of safety risk controls, corrective actions, and mitigation measures.

–       Participate in the preparation and execution of the Management Review meetings as scheduled

–       Popularize the concept of quality and quality management within the company.

–       Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

  • Master’s or Engineering Degree in Quality Management System or Safety Management System or
  • Master’s or Engineering degree in technology, Pilot, air traffic controller, aircraft technician, dispatcher, civil aviation inspector, senior cabin crew member, all with relevant-level training in quality audit, quality system management, or safety system management or
  • Equivalence acquired through professional activities and/or relevant training.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years in aviation operations with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position or as a team leader

or

  • Minimum 4 years in Quality Management System or Safety Management System, with a minimum of 2 years of noticeable audit or investigation experience

–       Participate in the development and maintenance of the overall quality assurance program.

–       Participate in monitoring activities to ensure that operations in GRH, CGO, and SEC comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in TOGO and in all places that have jurisdiction over operations conducted by ASKY on the high seas or in foreign countries.

–       Assist the process owners in GRH, CGO, and SEC in the various certification projects (IOSA, ISO, etc.), accreditation, or homologation undertaken by the Company.

–       Monitor the validity and expiration dates of contracts, approvals, licenses, certificates, accreditations, attestations, insurance, permits, waivers, and other authorizations obtained by the Company; ensure and participate in their timely renewal as necessary.

–       Participate in monitoring the performance of suppliers and subcontractors in GRH, CGO, and SEC.

–       Ensure risk assessment is conducted before implementation of planned changes (change management) in GRH, CGO, and SEC

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ INTERPERSONNAL SKILLS

EDUCATION
