ABOUT THE POSITION
To strengthen its technical team, a partner company of CentralResource is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer. You will be responsible for designing and developing secure, high-performance, and scalable backend architectures, working closely with the Technical Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain robust and secure RESTful APIs.
- Design modular microservices architectures.
- Manage databases and optimize performance (indexing, caching, etc.).
- Implement authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID).
- Apply best security practices (OWASP standards).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on continuous integration (CI/CD).
- Implement advanced logging and monitoring of services.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to technology watch and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in backend development.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent command of one or more backend languages: Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architectures.
- SQL/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Experience with API Gateways, secure authentication, rate limiting.
- Tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong skills in application security and monitoring.
- Good knowledge of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
