BASIC FUNCTIONS
- Ensure the highest level of customer service at all-time whether by phone, email or in person
- Achieve assigned sales, ASKY Club enrollment and sales referrals targets
- Answer telephone calls and reply to emails from customers and provide accurate information
- Receive and provide prompt service to customers by offering them a solution to their travel needs
- Issue tickets, MCOs, BCBs according to the companies rules and regulations
- Correctly make bookings according to company standards (passenger contacts: telephone and emails, ASKY Club number, etc…)
- Prepare refunds for the finance department
- Perform coupons reconciliation with cash collected from sales
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Promote and enroll customers in ASKY Club
- Perform sales phoning and emailing
- Assist the call center in protection passenger call outs
- Handle assigned corporate customers and keep detailed records of sales
- Provide sales referrals to the CTO/ATO Supervisor and the sales executive
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in sales or marketing management
- Bilingual
- Ticketing / Travel and tourism / Sales Certificate
- IATA/UFTAA qualifications (preferable but not essential).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or commercial position
- Knolwledge of SABRE will be an added advantage
